David M. Weiss - President/Creative Director

I have spent my career in the themed entertainment and museum exhibit industry creating unique, inspiring, immersive and entertaining experiences for audiences around the world.  It has been my job to not only give these experiences their creative direction but to lead talented teams of designers, artists, technicians and the industry’s best vendors to bring these powerful stories to life.  Having taken on a variety of different positions on shows with a wide-range of budgets and schedules has taught me how critical it is for the Producer and Creative Team to work closely together to deliver exactly the right type of experience for a particular audience.  To accomplish this, I have built strong relationships over the years with world-class talent and vendors in our industry and understand how to put together the right team for the right project. 

I also understand that no project is built by any one member of the team alone and therefore it is my job to first give the show a clear direction that meets the clients goals; ensure that every member of the team has a stake in creating something special and then guiding that team to the ultimate goal of delivering a one-of-a-kind experience within the intended budget and schedule guidelines. It is the story and the experience that is paramount in this process and only by creating a show with a cohesive and talented team can a client and an audience be forever changed after experiencing what we have created.​​
